The Cafe is far more sophisticated than its name might suggest. Open for dinner only, this is widely regarded as one of Portland's finest restaurants. The menu is decidedly French and although the prices are substantial, this is a rare opportunity for fine cuisine. It is situated about four blocks south of the main thoroughfare of the Northwest 23rd District.
