James F Bybee House

In the 100-acre Howell Territorial Park on Sauvie Island

Built in 1856, the house is preserved with a focus on pioneer life. Youngsters love the agricultural museum created with them in mind and its accent on farm life.

Pioneers planted appleseeds here to create an orchard, now featuring many kinds of apples.
