Archery Summit |
At Archery Summit, thier goal is to produce distinctive Pinot noir. The vineyards have been estalished with several clones of Pinot noir on rootstocks designed to match the soils, and are planted at 2,200 vines per acre. The winery is designed to use gravity as the only means of processing. Barrel aging is conducted in the caves. Appointments are required to tour the facility.
