On Anthony Lake in Wallowa-Whitman National Forest 26 miles from Haines, Anthony Lake Campground features 37 sites for tents, trailers, or RVs up to 22 feet, with piped water, fire grills, picnic tables, and vault toilets available, some wheelchair accessible. Boat launching nearby. Leashed pets permitted. No reservations. Open from July to late Sept. For more information, contact the Baker Ranger District.
