Alder Lake |
Alder Lake, located 6.5 miles north of Florence on Hwy 101, is a small coastal lake, just three acres in size. The lake is a popular fishing area for children, and there is also a one mile hiking trail along the lake. The lake is stocked annually with rainbow trout.
Alder Dune Campground is located adjacent to the lake, offering 39 sites, flush toilets, and water.
