Country Meadows is a spacious, contemporary-country bed and breakfast that is nestled on five serene romantic acres, in the Gardiner/New Paltz area, and is located near the Shawangunk and Catskill Mountain Range. The guest-rooms have been tastefully decorated in a quiet and relaxed, yet elegant style with country flair. All of the rooms have air conditioning, overhead fans, queen designer bedding, and guest robes. In summer, you can swim or exercise in the beautifully landscaped, in-ground pool and lounge on the spacious deck. Full gourmet breakfast with entrees, restaurant-brewed coffee, and specialty teas are served at individual linen tables. Organic and vegetarian cuisine is also available.
