Comments: Nice, it your reservation doesn't get lost. We stayed here last year for the Glimmerglass Opera seminar weekend and really like it. BUT when we arrived, someone elses bags were in our room. Seems the owner had forgotten she booked the room and put us in it. She claimed the other person had actuall reserved at another hotel and forgot. Since the mixup was resolved to our benefit, we didn't complain. Our friends had been told on the phone that they would have the carriage house for three, instead had to make do with a double room with a roll away. In spite of the haphazard approach to record keeping, we found the innkeepers warm and the food and accomodations very good. However, this year they lost OUR reservations. So BEWARE.
