Tucked away on a scenic plot of 10 wooded acres in West Nyack NY is Rockland Center for the Arts... it's mission: to serve the community with excellence in the arts, through music concerts, exhibitions, art classes, children's activities, and arts -in-education programs. The school for the arts offers more than 100 courses during three semesters in the visual, performing and literary arts and crafts for adults and children. Gallery shows feature presentations by nationally known and accomplis hed local visual artists. The Center is also a showcase for top quality jazz and chamber musicians, lectures and readings by major authors and actors.
