Comments: This is a place to avoid. They sold my parents a gift certificate that had a one year expiration date in fine print (never telling us about the expiration date when we purchased it), and when my parents tried to use it about three weeks past the one year point, the manager was awful. It's bad enough that they take your $150 and then refuse to honor the certificate, basically stealing the money...but then they were rude to our elderly parents, telling them that they should have read the fine print and refusing to do anything for them. Lots of other customers report similar issues on other sites...the place looks nice, but the owners don't care about customers. Rooms are really outdated as well. Lousy place.
