Pfeiffer Nature Center

The Pfeiffer Center promotes responsibility and stewardship for nature within the local and the global community through a variety of programs. The center offers approximately 6 miles of trails, spectacular views and educational programs for visitors of all ages. A variety of ecotypes are found on the property, including coniferous, oak, and mixed deciduous forests. The 188 acres includes an 85 acre old-growth remnant with large specimens of Eastern Hemlock, White Pine, American Beech, and Red Oak.
