Mountain Top Arboretum |
The Mountain Top Arboretum is a preserve, a living museum of trees and shrubs. Native trees, shrubs, wildflowers, and exotic transplants are grown. It is an educational, recreational, and cultural resource in the northern Catskills offering lectures and programs on nature, arts, and local history. Fifty different species of conifers and varieties of oak, maple, mountain ash, hawthorn, rhododendron, and mountain laurel thrive on the 10 acres of the Arboretum.
