National Warplane Museum |
The museum is at the Elmira-Corning Regional Airport and is dedicated to the history of aviation from WWI to the present with focus on aircraft from World War II, Korea and Vietnam. Also transport, sea fighter and scout planes, aviation memorabilia and model airplanes. A hangar shows restoration work in progress. The museum welcomes bus tours, military reunions, and rents it's facilities for special events.
