Massapequa Park is located in Nassau County just south of Levitown on Long Island near highway 27 between Amityville and Merrick near South Oyster Bay. Massapequa Park is part of the Nassau-Suffolk, New York metro area.
It was named after an Indian tribe and developers targeted Irish-American families as home buyers.
