St. Andrews Scottish Restaurant and Bar is a mid-priced steak and seafood house that also serves authentic Scottish fare. It is the only restaurant in Manhattan to serve their own house made haggis, a legendary Scottish blood sausage, in an updated fashion, over a bed of melted leeks, bacon, and Branston pickle.
