The Hunter Village Inn, known to many as the HVI, is an old country inn built at the turn of the last century. The HVI is within walking distance of Hunter Mountain Ski Area, a world-class ski destination with some of the best skiing in the country. The inn is perfectly located for people coming right off the slopes. There's also plenty to do in the surrounding area. The HVI is located near North South Lake which boasts many nature trails for scenic hiking, mountain biking, snowmobiles, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. Depending on the season there is great ice skating, challenging ice and rock climbing, horseback riding, hunting, fishing, golf, and tubing nearby.
