Cartwright Inn

Originally built as a hotel in 1831, stagecoaches and horse-drawn buggies brought townfolk and weary travelers to its door. The Cartwright Inn continues the tradition. The live lobster tank remains, the homey atmosphere remains, and the secret recipe clam chowder is now famous from here to Chicago. Other facilities include private rooms accommodating 15 to 20, Full Service Bar/Piano lounge weekends, Reservations reccommended.
