Bath is located in Steuben County 24 miles NW of Corning between Kanona and Savona along Highway 54 near Keuka Lake and the Cohocton River. It is in the Western Region of the state.
It was founded in 1793 and named for Lady Bath of England. Pulteney Park was the first clearing in the county.
