The Albany Kripalu Yoga Center offers over 70 classes per week in 8 locations throughout the Capital District. It is a non-profit organization that has served the community for thirty years, offering classes and workshops in Kripalu, Anusara, Iyengar and Ashtanga Yoga including Pilates, Tai Chi and Meditation. It also offers specialty classes, including Gentle Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, YogaKids and Yoga for Round Bodies.
