This museum contains historical art and artifacts of Southwest culture, as well as works by Southwestern artists. Among the last is a painting by Georgia O'Keefe. The Goddard wing has a re-creation of Dr. Robert Goddard's early laboratory with displays about rocketry and space materials. Traveling exhibts are shown regularly. There is a planetarium as well.

Closed Thanksgiving and December 25th. Admission is free.
