Palm Beach Municipal was recently remodeled and has that shiny new look. Highly populated but very clean, this beach has fine sand and tons of room.
In the late afternoon, shade falls on the beach from the sea wall and nearby condos. There are no changing rooms or concession stands on the beach, but you'll find restaurants about 1/2 block away across the street.
