Treasure Coast Judo Club |
Treasure Coast Judo Club provides instruction in Judo, an excellent martial art. Judo techniques include throws using hands, hips or feet and grappling techniques comprised of pins, submissive arm locks and chokes are taught according to age and rank. Students learn aggressive movement patterns, gripping, self-balancing, opponent unbalancing, spatial orientation, avoidance, and momentum use to apply techniques. Promotions will be formal and registered with the United States Judo Association.
