Fawcett Memorial Hospital is a 238-bed acute care center serving the Charlotte County community and surrounding areas. Its medical staff of 280 physicians represents a wide range of specialties. In addition, a group of 305 volunteers donated tens of thousands of hours of their time last year at Fawcett.
The Hospital?s Emergency Care Center was the first in the county to staff full-time physicians Board Certified in Emergency Medicine 24 hours a day, along with trained nurses certified in Advance Cardiac Life Support.
Fawcett Memorial Hospital offers a full continuum of rehabilitative services which include an Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit and Outpatient Rehabilitation services.
