Glades General Hospital (GGH) is a JCAHO accredited, 73-bed acute care facility located in the heart of a large agricultural belt on the southern shores of Lake Okeechobee.
GGH provides a 24-hour physician staffed Emergency Room with access to Trauma Hawk air ambulance. GGH offers both in-patient and out-patient services; Obstetrics; General, Vascular, Orthopaedic and Hand Surgery; Radiology including CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Fluroscopy and Mammography; Physical Therapy; Respiratory Therapy; Cardiac Rehabilitation; Social Services; Utilization Review and Wellness Programs.
Medical Staff specialties include Internal Medicine; Family Practice, Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Urology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, Nephrology, General, Vascular, Orthopaedic and Hand Surgery, Otolaryngology and Podiatry, as well as Allergy and Immunology.
