In 1952, ground was broken for the 110 bed North Shore Hospital. Just a year later, the first patient was admitted and the first North Shore baby was born.
The 357 bed North Shore Hospital employes more than 900 employees and over 400 affiliated physicians offering a broad spectrum of specialties.
North Shore Medical Center is fully accredited by the JCAHO and they take pride in the dedication to the community they serve.
