Comments: STAY AWAY from these guys (well, this guy...Roger Colby)...check trip advisor website for tons of details...my family is out $1110 and my sister in law is about the same...has scammed numerous people out of hard earned money...

Comments: You pay for your rental well in advance. You figure your trip is set, right? NOT with this Rental service! Stay Away from Green Orange Villas! They promise you notification of where you will be staying, two weeks before your check in date. Myself and others have not been told until less than 48 hours before. Then it ends up that the rentals are double booked and you walk in on another family. The owner Roger Colby, never returns calls or emails. Once he has your money, you're on your own. Please google Green Orange Villas to find a number of complaints about this company as well as it's owner, Roger Colby. Check out the Trip Advisor Forum for more detailed info. This guy has been causing problems for people for over two years and he keeps going. Many headaches can be avoided by not using Green Orange Villas. Don't just rely on recommendations from friends, always research your trip! Please Check it out and spread the word! Thanks
