Junior Museum of Bay County

'The Adventure Place'

The Museum's permanent exhibits offer a wide range of opportunities for discovery and exploration. Included are a boardwalk trail through a hardwood swamp, a photographic look at Bay County history, hands-on science displays, role playing room with props and costumes, Discovery Depot for active toddlers, an authentic Pioneer Homestead, a natural science exhibit, and a retired railroad engine. Watch for a new fishing exhibit. The museum also sponsors educational programs and activities throughout the year. Open Monday-Saturday, closed Sundays and major holidays.
