Indian Harbour Beach is located in Brevard County is south of Titusville between Satellite Beach and Melbourne Beach over looking the Indian River and the Atlantic Coastline (part of the Melbourne-Titusville-Palm Bay, Florida metropolitan area).
The community was built in the 1960s as housing for missile workers at Cape Canaveral and Patrick Air Force Base. Besides an abundance of affordable housing, Indian Harbour Beach is home to the exclusive Lansing Island, which has shopping centers, several parks and an elementary school.
The million-dollar Algonquin Sports Complex located off Wimico Drive is home to a senior baseball field, a major little league field, a softball field and several soccer fields catering to various age groups.
