Shake-A-Leg Miami is a water sports facility for recreation and education of all persons, including disabled, from 5 to seniors. Instructional and recreational programs focus on sailing and kayaking. Programs include adult instruction and leisure, youth instruction/recreation and summer camp, youth at risk, municipal parks and groups, competition training, special Olympic/developmental disabled, education and outreach, research and development.
