Fullerton University Village is a student housing community located directly across the street from California State University Fullerton. It offers 92 apartments with all 3-bedroom and 2 bathroom. All apartments come fully furnished with new couch and loveseat, coffee and end tables, dining table and chairs for the shared areas. It has a gated swimming pool area, a sun deck with chaise lounges, volleyball court, tables and a barbecue, and a large grassy quad area. It also provides study lounge TV room, a private study or art room, fitness room, game room with pool tables, ping pong tables, and air hockey tables.
