Camp Rancheria

Camp Rancheria offers fitness and fun for kids of the age 9-13. It is a place that allows campers to learn, try, and adopt healthier habits. It teaches healthy lifestyle living through workshops. The workshops provide the groundwork for sustainable, small behavior changes. Workshops consist of four components, which include behavior modification, nutrition, psychological and social issues, and exercise.
