Roco Dance and Fitness

Roco Dance and Fitness provides a unique schedule of progressive fitness and youth classes, and a wide range of dance classes taught by professional dancers. Fitness classes increase flexibility, stamina and strength, balance the body and reduce stress. The curriculum includes Roco Step, Roco Fitball, Spinning, Yoga Move, Cardio Boxing, Afro Brazilian, Mary Sherman Hybrid, Mary Sherman Sculpt, and Mary Sherman Stretch. Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Afro Brazilian, and Hip Hop are covered. It also gives a fun and educational after school dance program for kids between the ages of three and twelve years old.
