Wilder Ranch State Park

Wilder Ranch State Park has 4,505 acres, with 34 miles if hiking, biking and equestrian trails winding through coastal terraces and valleys. The park also features tours and living history of early ranchers and farmers along the Central Coast.

Several buildings belonging to the Wilder family are preserved. The site was originally the main rancho supplying the Santa Cruz Mission. It later became a successful and innovative dairy ranch. The grounds include Victorian homes, gardens, and historic adobe.

The park is located north of Santa Cruz, immediately west of Highway One, just a mile or so past the Western Drive stoplight.
