The Coxhead House guests are travelers and business persons looking for respite. We respond by pampering to their needs. Personal amenities are always provided - from fresh fragrant flowers, to cozy robes, to hot cocoa, to enjoy by one of our 5 fabulous fireplaces. Our fresh hearty breakfast is served elegantly in the dining room and FAX and computer are conveniently located in the Carriage House.
The Peninsula's beautiful weather and abundance of activities surround this private haven. A few minutes walk, in either direction, bring you to the fine shops and restaurants of beautiful downtown San Mateo or Burlingame. Coxhead House, easily accessible from Highway 101, is just 15 minutes from the San Francisco Airport, a half an hour from downtown San Francisco or Palo Alto, and 45 minutes from San Jose and the Silicon Valley. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport is available 9:30AM to 6:00PM daily by prior arrangements.
