Comments: The people that run the business, all the way from the obnoxious manager to the ignorant employees, are the rudest most dishonest people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting in my life. They ruined our coastal vacation and basically ripped us off! I would never recommend this campground until new ownership.

Comments: We have been camping there for over 12 years and the last couple years with the new staff has been the worst times ever. The manager that has been there for about 10 years is really nice but the old man and his wife, or whoever she is, is extremely rude an disrespectful to everyone! The owners seriously need to fire these new people. We need our old campground back!

Comments: Beautiful spot, horrible customer service. We have stayed a few times in the last few summers and have always heard stories of poor treatment by the office staff. Well, we finally ran into the same treatment. Generally rude, very difficult to get on the phone or a return call from them if you leave a message. There is no cancellation policy. You have to immediately reschedule if you try to cancel regardless of how long before your scheduled arrival. Do a web search for other reviews for Westport Beach and Rv which is what they are now called.
