Hollywood Hills Hotel is located in the heart of Hollywood. It features suites and studios. Suites feature a separate bedroom area, one king bed or two full beds, living room area with a sofa and a small dining table. The studio 1K has a king bed and a living area with sofa chairs. The larger studio 1KS has a double-size sofa bed and a king bed. It also provides a fully equipped kitchen. Smoking is not allowed inside any of the units, only on the balconies. Magic Castle club, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Manns Chinese theatre and the Kodak theatre are within easy access from the hotel. Guests can also tour Griffith Park.
