South Coast Railroad Museum

The wooden Goleta Depot, built in 1901, was used until 1973. It is now the center of the South Coast Railroad Museum. Antique railroad artifacts, photographs and hands-on exhibits are shown in the agency office and the passenger waiting room. You can check out a genuine Southern Pacific caboose and enjoy watching a 300-square-foot HO-scale model railroad.
