Samoa Cookhouse |
The Samoa Cookhouse, the last surviving cookhouse in the West, continues the tradition of serving lots of good food lumber camp style. The Samoa Cookhouse Museum and dining rooms feature early culinary items in addition to historical mementos from the early years of the lumber and logging industries. Three private rooms are available for large or small groups.
