Lotus Thai Restaurant, offering authentic Thai cuisine, is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Sunday. Vilaiwan Bentall (or “Jackie” as she is most often called), owner and head chef, learned Thai cooking from her mother and family back in Thailand. Jackie makes all of her own sauces from the freshest ingredients, including Thai sweet basil, coriander, lemon grass, garlic, ginger, galanga, panang and massaman. In 2002 Jackie installed a Sushi Bar, which has been exceedingly popular with the customers.
