Comments: I was a boarder at this facility in 99, and 2000. I have many many horror stories of the time spent there. first off I was prescribed off label medication not approved by the FDA to treat my diagnosis. As a minor I had no power over this. Second the supervision level provided was mediocre to dangerous. I lived at the Debra Ln household and when entering was drug free and had never tried illicit substances. I was introduced to marijuana, huffing paint, alchohol and cigarettes. I was assaulted several times while living there without incident reports being made out, Everything from bricks to shovels were used to inflict bodily harm. My confidential files as well as my housemates were open knowledge as they were not locked up. The staff ranged from over bearing to lack of care and negligence as to providing ways for us to abuse substances. This facility may be "non-profit" but it does far more than neglect, it causes irrepairable damage.
