Palm Springs Aerial Tramway

The most incredible thing you'll experience on the Palm Springs Tramway is going from desert palms to alpine forest in just 8 minutes. This is an incredible journey, but the new rotating Tramcars make it an even more spectacular ride. As you ride the Tramway up to the Mountain Station you get a 360-degree view of the valley below.

The tram affords access to the Mount San Jacinto State Park and Wilderness area, with 54 miles of hiking trails. During winter months cross-country skiing, snowtubing an d snowshoeing are popular sports.
