Smothers Winery/Remick Ridge Vineyards is a highly regarded vineyard planted with 50 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon. It produces a full line of premium quality red and white wines including Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, Blanc De Noir, Zinfandel, and Cabernet Sauvignon. About 500 cases of wine are produced each year. The wines are 100% varietal, unfiltered and unfined.
