Peninsula Ballet Theatre
|
The Peninsula Ballet Theatre was founded in 1967 by Dick Ford and Richard Gibson as the non-profit performing vehicle for students in their ballet school - then Peninsula Ballet School. Its mission is to support and foster a vital arts community in the greater Bay Area through educational outreach, and by engaging local art talent in the production and presentation of professional, live dance performances at prices affordable to all segments of the population including families, seniors and students. Each year, it offers school-time presentations aimed at children in 3rd through 8th grades.
