The Manor House contains 3 guest suites and common areas including the formal Parlor, Pub, Dining Room and Sun Room. Built in 1985 as a single family residence, the 6,000 square foot house has been redecorated by Maurice and Ris Macar, whose goal was to create an elegant but unpretentious environment for people to escape to in order to rejuvenate themselves. Surrounded by mature oak trees, the English Tudor style Oak Hill Manor sits graciously on top of a hill in Atascadero overlooking the magnificent Santa Lucia Mountains.
