Comments: Spent a couple days in San Francisco recently and absolutely loved this Nick's Lighthouse. The service is impecable and the food even better. I witnessed a customer put his hand in the ice bucket that the staff was filling water glasses with, there were no rude words or yelling and screaming. The staff simply took the ice bucket and outside, emptied it and refilled it with fresh ice. They did quitely ask him not to do it again, but very nicely. The food seemed to be never ending, and the taste was out of this world. I can't wait to get back there next time I visit.

Comments: Today is March 14, 2008, My friend and I went to your restaurant for dinner. I requested another basket of bread and your waiter told me to finish what bread we already have. I then asked another waiter for more bread and he told me that there would be an extra charge. I don't mind the the extra charge. I'm was there to order food because I was hungry. I know how much bread I can eat. Your waiters do not know how to treat your customers. They are rude. I go to your restaurant at least 2x a month and I usually bring someone with me. I won't be coming back and I will no longer recommend your place to family and visiting guest.
