The ZIN Restaurant and Wine Bar is located a block north of Healdsburg’s scenic town square. It serves lunch, dinner, and wine. Menu includes apple wood smoked pork chop with andouille sausage and corn bread stuffing, braised greens and homemade apple sauce, corn husk grilled shrimp with achiote lime butter, lemon herb roasted chicken with spring onions, local salmon, blue plate of buttermilk, fried chicken with collared greens, mashed potatoes, hot biscuits, and stone ground white corn grits. Many of the wines are of such small production that they can rarely be found outside of Sonoma County.
