Morgan Hill prides its small town feel while housing well-known manufacturing and research firms, IBM for instance. Morgan Hill, in the southern extremity of what is commonly known as the "Silicon Valley" offers a unique combination of climate, (Temperate to warm with moderate rainfall in the winter, Hot and dry in the summer), resources, points of interests and ethnic diversity provide an excellent spot for both residents and those that chose to visit.

Visitors, can enjoy Morgan Hill's beautiful downtown, which includes antique, boutique and specialty stores. Morgan Hill also offers a wide variety of fine restaurants. Like many California towns, Morgan Hill is known throughout the Valley for its superb wineries. There are also beautiful lakes for hiking, camping and boating nearby.

Morgan Hill is located in Santa Clara County south of San Francisco between San Jose and Gilroy along US Highway 101 and near the San Luis Reservoir. The Pacific Ocean is about 35 mile west as the crow flies. Actual ocean access via highway requires a round-about path through San Jose to Santa Cruz or south on US Highway 101 through Watsonville to Monterey Bay.
