Rideout Memorial Hospital, founded in Marysville 90 years ago, has a Level lll Trauma Center that is expertly staffed by a highly trained team of physicians and health care professionals who treat over 30,000 patients each year.
In 1996 an expansion to Rideout included extensive remodeling of existing departments and a four-story addition to accommodate surgery suites, the emergency department, a 12-bed ICU, and additional patient beds. Today, new construction on the 4th Floor of the Rideout Tower has been completed to accommodate a new Cardiac Surgery and Coronary Intervention Program. RMH has 109 active beds (licensed for 121 beds) and is accredited by the JCAHO.
