Downtown is a 150-seat Mediterranean-style seafood brasserie located in the historic Francis Shattuck Building on the corner of Shattuck Avenue and Addison Street, the heart of the Berkeley Arts and Commerce District. It consists of the Addison Room, a private dining and conference room that can seat up to 35, and the Shattuck Room which can seat up to 100.
Reservations are available up to thirty days in advance. They serve house marinated olives, fried olives, roasted beet bruschetta, grilled Alaska salmon, house-made Spanish-style Chorizo, soft shell crab and more.
Such conferencing equipment as a slide projector, portable screen and easel are available for an extra charge.
