This campground is a mountain campground surrounded by pines. Guests can pan for gold where 49ers lived. Come enjoy views from walking trail. Guests can dine in Gold Rush town. Guests can also escape fog and crowds in the winter. There is bus service to Yosemite National Park that stops at the campground. The park is located 5.5 miles east of Mariposa.
