Kit Carson California |
This small resort community is off Highway 88 south of Lake Tahoe. Kit Carson is located in Amador. Kit Carson was a trapper, scout, Indian agent, soldier and authentic legend of the West. Kit Carson was born on Christmas Eve in 1809. Carson also played a prominent role in the Civil War in New Mexico.
